All services are provided by a licensed and experienced therapist.

Swedish Massage
A massage therapy technique that uses light to medium pressure over neck, shoulders, arms, hands, legs, feet, and back. This massage to relieve stress, reduce pain, boost mood and promote relaxation
Deep Tissue
This massage includes firm to deep pressure and slow strokes that focus on deep layers of muscles that are tight and have chronic tension.
Lymphatic Massage
This massage is also known as manual lymphatic drainage. It relieves swelling and blockage in your lymphatic system that occurs from medical treatment, illness or cosmetic surgery/liposuction. Light stokes helps by manipulates these areas and move lymph.
Chair Massage
This massage is 15 minutes and focuses on the neck, shoulders, back, arms and hands. Studies has shown a chair massage helps with circulation, stress, headaches, back tension, and high blood pressure. A chair massage is great for someone new to massage.
Tension Reliever
This massage is 30 minute massage that focuses on the neck, shoulders, and back.

Aromatherapy
Relieves stress, inflammation, and pain with essential oils extracted from herbs, flowers, and fruits.
Massage Gun
This percussion tool helps to loosen deep tissue tightness and is a good add on service with a deep tissues massage. The massage gun also helps muscle soreness and recovery.
Hot Towel
A hot towel placed over a muscle will help improve circulation, reduce muscle soreness, and release tension. .

Deposit
A Non-Refundable deposit is required at the time of booking.
Your deposit will go towards your booked session.
**Remaining balance is due in cash.**
Cancellations
Experience Pause requires a 24 hour notice to avoid losing your deposit.
*No call, no shows are strictly prohibited. You will lose your deposit.
Rescheduling of canceled sessions will be at the owners discretion.
